The ideal candidate will have strong general ledger and financial reporting experience, advanced Excel skills, and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.This position pays 75K-80K and located in Grand Praire, Texas.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day‑to‑day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and general ledger maintenancePrepare and post journal entries and assist with month‑end and year‑end close processesManage fixed assets, check runs, and cash forecastingAnalyze accounting data and prepare accurate financial reports and statementsEnsure adherence to proper accounting principles, policies, and internal controlsDevelop and maintain financial spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Power BI for data analysis and reportingExtract and interpret financial data from Microsoft Business CentralCoordinate and process foreign currency transactions and related system entriesIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the accounting functionPartner with leadership on ad hoc projects and initiatives to support financial objectivesJob Requirements2-3years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or product‑based environmentStrong analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Business Central (or similar ERP system)Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic settingSelf‑starter with strong organizational skills and a sense of urgencyCollaborative and dependable team player#J-18808-Ljbffr
