Job title: Staff Accountant
Location: Hybrid in Akron, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Staff Accountant):

• 
  
• Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns (individual + business clients)
• 
  
• Help clients with year-round tax planning and compliance
• 
  
• Assist in audits and gather documentation
• 
  
• Stay sharp on tax law updates and compliance best practices
• 
  

Qualifications (Staff Accountant):

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 
  
• 2+ years of tax accounting experience (corporate or personal)
• 
  
• Solid Excel skills
•
