Staff Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a growing construction and service-based organization. This role will support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, cash applications, payment processing, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

·Manage AP and AR activities

·Process invoicing, collections, and cash applications

·Assist with month-end accounting and reporting functions

·Monitor cash flow and support payment processing

·Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations

·Partner with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency

Qualifications:

·3+ years of accounting experience
