Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking an AR / Staff Accountant to support a key accounting project with a growing organization in Benicia.
Prepare and post Journal Entries (JEs)
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist with Sales & Use Tax filings and reporting
Support month-end accounting activities
Review financial data for accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and process improvements
Experience in Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting
Strong understanding of reconciliations and journal entries
Exposure to Sales & Use Tax processes preferred
Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
