Must Haves:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 
  
• 3+ years of general accounting experience
• 
  
• Payroll experience strongly preferred
• 
  
• Experience with ERP/payroll systems such as Jonas, Paylocity, or similar is a plus
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
• 
  

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Assist with month-end accounting, including journal entries, prepaids, bank reconciliations, and audit support
• 
  
• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and tipped employees, including gratuities and payroll adjustments
• 
  
• Generate member billing statements, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances
• 
  
• Support employee onboarding, HR recordkeeping, workers' compensation administration, and compliance initiatives
• 
  
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and assist with ongoing process improvements
•
