Staff Accountant

Salary: $65,000–$75,000

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Own inventory-heavy Accounts Payable processing
• 
  
• Process invoices, perform three-way matching, and ensure payment accuracy
• 
  
• Research discrepancies, prevent duplicate payments, and communicate with vendors
• 
  
• Maintain vendor documentation including W-9s
• 
  
• Support general accounting and cross-train across additional functions
• 
  

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 
  
• P21 / Prophet 21 experience strongly preferred
• 
  
• Distribution and inventory accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong Accounts Payable background
• 
  
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• 
  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
•
