What you’ll be doing:
- Support month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with cost accounting, inventory tracking, and manufacturing variance analysis
- Analyze financial data to support operational and business decisions
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or cost accounting preferred)
- Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
