Location: Carson CA

Salary: $20-28/hr

Hours: 8:30-5:30 pm

\n

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

\n

• \n
• Support logistics operations by processing payments and billing activities.
• \n
• Perform general ledger accounting functions and assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• \n
• Confirm sales revenue and assist with accounting close schedules, audits, and other accounting deadlines.
• \n
• Support special accounting projects and workflow improvements.
• \n
• Manage cash flow activities, including bank transactions and cash disbursements.
• \n
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• \n
• Review accounting transactions for accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• \n
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and exchange rate reporting.
• \n

Qualifications:

\n

• \n
• 1+ year of accounting experience
• \n
• Associate degree in Finance or Accounting
• \n
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
• \n
• ERP system experience preferred
• \n
