The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 2 years' experience in a public practice environment. A career-oriented accountant looking for a long-term, rewarding position with opportunities for growth.Position ResponsibilitiesAs a staff accountant, you will be involved in a variety of projects including:Preparing compiled financial statementsBank reconciliationsSales tax returnsPayroll tax returnsOther projects related to a variety of clients and industriesCollaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely mannerDevelop client relationships by providing exemplary service and solutions to add long-term valuePrepare and compile accurate financial statements for clientsPerform detailed bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate cash recordsManage payroll tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate complianceAssist with diverse client projects across multiple industriesParticipate in training seminars, team meetings and social eventsAbout YouMinimum of 2 years' public accounting experienceBachelors degree in Accounting, CPA preferredAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailClient management and time management skillsCommitted to providing exceptional service to our clientsProactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic#J-18808-Ljbffr
