This role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical capability, and the ability to evaluate transactions, resolve discrepancies, and support financial reporting. The position serves as a key resource within the accounting team, providing oversight of AR processes, supporting month‑end close activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and applicable accounting standards.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDaily Cash Applications and Accounts ReceivableTrack and maintain daily cash activity, including accurate coding in cash trackerPrepare and post check depositsProcess and post incoming payments from intercompany entities and external customersPrepare and distribute invoices and billing reportsMaintain and update customer account recordsMonitor accounts receivable balances and investigate discrepanciesPrepare and maintain monthly A/R aging reportsPerform follow‑up communications on outstanding balances, including email and phone outreachPrepare reoccurring ACH payment schedule and coordinate with customers or internal entitiesReconciliation & Month‑End ClosePerform A/R module month‑end close proceduresAssist with reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accountsSupport escrow and other receivable‑related tracking as neededProvide documentation and reporting for management reviewGeneral Accounting SupportAssist with other cash activity tracking as neededSupport intercompany billing processesSupport month‑end close activities related to receivablesAssist with audit and reporting requests related to receivablesProvide support on special projects and ad hoc assignmentsQualifications and SkillsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2+ years of accounting experienceAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP/accounting systems (Oracle preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred QualificationsExperience with intercompany billingHospitality or multi‑entity environment experienceCompensationSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 AnnuallyTipped/Service Charge Eligible?
