Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 + bonus potential
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Process, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare payment runs and distribute checks.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
• Maintain vendor files, W-9 documentation, and accounting records.
• Support journal entries, ledger activity, and other accounting functions.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably including accounts payable responsibilities.
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience with invoice processing, account reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and interact with production personnel.
