This position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island!Salary range is $100,000- $125,000What you will be doing:Prepare general ledgers and financial statements for multiple family entities, which include trusts, partnerships and S-CorporationsProcess all accounts payable transactionsCash management including preparing wire transfers and coordinating funds movement with financial institutions and reconciling cash daily.Interface with banks and money managers on day to day transactions and issues when necessaryInterface with managers from external partnerships or internal investment accountants to gather information as neededTrack contracts for renewals and billingsPrepare monthly investment summaryProcess weekly payroll and track employee time for reportingAssist in preparation of information reported to CPA for all tax reportingQualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience5-7 years of experience in the financial reporting/general ledger areaExperience with process improvement and proficiency with spreadsheet and presentation softwareExperience with individual accounting and family office needsHealth, Dental and Vision InsurancesDisability InsurancesSupplemental Life Insurances#J-18808-Ljbffr
