Staff Accountant (Fixed Assets)

ResponsibilitiesStaff Accountant to support financial reporting, general ledger activities, and fixed asset accounting. This role offers strong exposure to month‑end close, financial statement preparation, and cross-functional collaboration. Position is located in Saint Louis, MO, full‑time in the office with flexible hours.Perform general ledger account reconciliationsSupport month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closePrepare and assist with financial reports and statementsMaintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedulesAnalyze balance sheet and P&L activityAssist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAPReview and validate financial transactions and documentationSupport ad hoc projects and process improvementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1+ year of accounting experienceExperience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar preferred)Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principlesAdvanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)Experience with general ledger and close processesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailCompensationThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
