Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:



  • Own general ledger activities including journal entries and month-end close

  • Perform and manage balance sheet reconciliations across all accounts

  • Prepare and support financial statements and reporting packages

  • Assist with cash flow reporting, forecasting, and treasury support

  • Analyze financial fluctuations and support ad hoc reporting for leadership

  • Maintain audit-ready financial records and ensure internal control



Qualifications for the Accountant:



  • Strong experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

  • Experience preparing financial statements and supporting month-end close

  • Background in multi-entity, retail, or operationally complex environments preferred
