What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in an accounting role with demonstrated analytical skills, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
- Experience with month end reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with acceptable standards (i.e., GAAP) rules, regulations systems of internal control and company policies and procedures.
- Exposure to financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Must be detailed oriented with excellent ability to analyze date accurately and think critically to point out and/or offer opinions for improved processes and procedures.
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills required.
- Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Remote work is not currently available for this position.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
What Will Set You Apart:
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Epicor).
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power Bi)
Benefits
Starting Wage: $70,304 - $80,000 / Yearly
- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
