Work Specifications – Responsibilities:
+ Run month end reports
+ Reconcile month end inventory reports
+ Make journal entries necessary to close the month
+ Run postings and closes
+ General Ledger Account analysis and reconciliations
+ Intercompany reconciliations & distribution
+ Costing projects (as needed)
+ Set up various accounts (as needed)
+ Assist with Fiscal Year End Audit
+ Special request related tasks
Education/Prerequisite Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting concentration preferred)
+ Experience in basic Accounting principles, including, but not limited to: Debit/Credit, Asset/Liability, Expense/Revenue, Balance Sheet/Income Statement, etc.
Salary Range: $58,000 - $62,500
