As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity and driving process improvements for a business that sets the global standard in professional fastening solutions.Core ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Close: Manage essential month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and balance sheet reconciliationsOperational Analysis: Prepare and maintain daily sales reporting (DSR), logistics metrics, and other key business drivers to provide actionable insights to managementGeneral Ledger & Fixed Assets: Perform day‑to‑day GL accounting and oversee fixed asset lifecycles, including additions, disposals, and depreciationInternal Controls & Audit: Strengthen internal controls, participate in process enhancements, and provide financial support for internal, external, and tax auditsCross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure data integrity and resolve financial discrepanciesRequired QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceExperience: Minimum of 1 year of professional accounting or finance experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
