Job Description

We are looking to hire a full-time Staff Accountant to be part of our team. This position includes preparation of income tax returns, accounting services, financial statement preparations, bookkeeping, client communication, administrative work and networking opportunities.  The pay for this position is dependent upon experience. The position also offers paid vacation/holiday and the ability to participate in the company retirement plan.

 

The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of public accounting experience, be a good communicator, have general knowledge in the field of accounting and/or income tax, well-organized, detail-oriented, and time-efficient.

Compensation:

$19 - $25 hourly

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of public accounting experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and income tax preparation
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
