Title: Staff Accountant

Salary: $56,000–$62,000

Must Haves:

1–2 years of accounting experience or strong full-cycle/audit internship experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Comfortable supporting biweekly payroll; Sage or Paylocity experience is a plus

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:

Manage biweekly payroll processing and related journal entries
Support month-end close and bank/revenue reconciliations
Prepare contract invoices and recurring general ledger entries
Record contributions, grants, and other receipts
Assist with audit preparation and general Finance team reporting
