You'll work with reconciliations, financial data, ERP systems, and process improvement initiatives while playing an important role in keeping day-to-day accounting operations running smoothly.

Staff Accountant


Location: Holland, MI
Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time | Fully Onsite


Responsibilities



  • Download financial data from multiple systems, manipulate and prepare it for upload into NetSuite

  • Import financial information from platforms

  • Assist with automation initiatives related to financial data imports and processes

  • Complete daily bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations

  • Prepare weekly ACH collections for approval based on customer due dates

  • Prepare weekly ACH payment runs for approval using established payment schedules

  • Maintain accurate financial records and support the accounting team with additional projects as needed


Qualifications


Required:



  • 1-2+ years of reconciliation experience (job title is flexible—hands-on experience is what matters)

  • Experience working within an ERP system

  • Solid understanding of debits and credits

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Preferred:



  • Experience with NetSuite

  • Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency or automate processes

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
