We are looking for someone who is adaptable, eager to improve systems and processes, and interested in building a long‑term career with increasing responsibility and professional development opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide accounting support to the property management and brokerage teamManage accounts receivable, billing, and collections, including progress‑style billingAssist in monthly financials and other accounting reportingPrepare monthly financial statements, cash projections, and variance reportsPost charges, adjustments, and generate monthly statementsHandle management fees, distributions/contributions, and tax reporting (GET/GRT)Support in the preparation of budgets and reconciliationsSupport month‑end close, reconciliations, and audit preparationPartner with property management to resolve billing issues and ensure accuracyCoordinate with internal teams on brokerage, accounting, and operational mattersHelp ensure a high level of client and tenant service through responsiveness, professionalism, and follow‑throughWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred3–5+ years of accounting experience, preferably corporate accounting, and reporting required.
