Staff Accountant - Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 work from home daysStaff Accountant responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Perform general accounting activities for the assigned departments

Apply cash receipts to accounts receivable and communicate with the trade departments regarding payment discrepancies

Prepare journal entries for assigned general ledger accounts
- Account reconciliations
- Analyze and prepare journal entries & supporting schedules for assigned accounts
- Resolve issues related to disbursements
- Monthly, quarterly and year end close activities

Collect information related to audit and internal controls related requests
Staff Accountant Qualifications:-
Years of Experience: 2-6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including excellent Excel skills, and experience with major ERP systems
- Public accounting experience is preferred
- SAP experience is a plus
