Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to support the monthly financial close process, prepare financial reports, and assist with key accounting functions including accounts receivable, cash management, reconciliations, accounts payable, and fixed assets. This role partners across the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with GAAP.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• 
  
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reporting.
• 
  
• Manage cash, accounts receivable, collections, and related reconciliations.
• 
  
• Process and review accounts payable transactions and vendor payments.
• 
  
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• 
  
• Assist with annual audits and auditor information requests.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 
  
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 
  
• 2-5 years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• 
  
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, NetSuite, or similar preferred).
