What you’ll be doing:
- Support month-end close, general ledger activity, and financial reporting
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across financial records
- Assist with cost accounting, inventory tracking, and variance analysis
- Analyze financial data to support business and operational decisions
- Partner with operations to ensure accurate tracking of production and expenses
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or cost accounting preferred)
- Strong knowledge of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
