Staff Accountant

Harmer Associates is partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented organization near the Irvine, CA area to identify a Staff Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to broaden their experience, work alongside an exceptional leadership team, and gain exposure to multiple facets of corporate accounting.Qualifications:Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.Prepare and analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts.Complete bank reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules for key accounts.Support expense reporting and purchase requisition processes through Concur.Assist with accounts payable activities and annual external audits.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business2+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of general ledger accounting and month‑end closeAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsSelf‑motivated with a desire to learn and grow within a collaborative environmentOnly qualified candidates will be contact for this position.
