Are you an experienced Accountant with a passion for Accounts Payable and a background in freight forwarding or logistics? We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven professional to take ownership of AP processes and contribute to the financial health of a dynamic company in the freight forwarding industry.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Leading AP operations – verifying invoices, coding, ensuring approvals, reconciling vendor statements.
- Managing daily cash tracking and preparing payment templates.
- Performing bank and General Ledger reconciliations.
- Preparing cash projections and supporting month-end closing activities.
- Assisting with external and internal audits.
- Tracking and reporting on daily sales transactions for accuracy.
- Collaborating with the broader team for accurate reporting and clean financials.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of accounting experience (freight forwarding industry preferred).
- Expertise in Accounts Payable and general accounting principles.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with inventory or cost accounting is a plus.
Salary: $65,000–$70,000
