Join a great team and play a key role in strengthening their financial operations! We're looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, process improvement, and financial reporting.

As a Staff Accountant, you will support core accounting functions across multiple entities, contributing to financial accuracy, compliance, and reporting. This is a hands-on role with exposure to a wide range of accounting activities and opportunities to grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Assist with payroll, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and account analyses
  • Perform bank reconciliations, deposits, and cash management tracking
  • Assist in financial statement preparation and audit support
  • Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
  • Support cost reporting, tax filings, and business licenses
  • Contribute to process improvements and special projects

Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of accounting experience (AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting)
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles
  • Experience with financial statements and month-end close
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel
