The organization offers long-term stability, strong leadership access, and meaningful growth potential.The ideal candidate is technically strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.Position SummaryThe Staff Accountant will play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This individual will partner closely with the Controller and finance leadership to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information.This role is well suited for someone who enjoys both tactical accounting execution and process improvement.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage general ledger activity across multiple entitiesPrepare and post journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and adjustmentsPerform monthly bank, cash, and balance sheet reconciliationsSupport month-end and year-end close processesAssist in preparing monthly financial statements and reporting packagesMaintain fixed asset schedules and depreciationSupport accounts payable and expense coding accuracyAssist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation (PBC schedules)Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to resolve accounting issuesIdentify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and efficienciesQualificationsActive CPA license requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance5–7+ years of progressive accounting experienceIndustry and/or public accounting background welcomeStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingExperience managing full-cycle accounting and month-end closeExperience supporting audits and complianceAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations, analysis)Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, or similar preferred)Highly organized with strong attention to detailCollaborative, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsWhy This RoleStable, growth-oriented organization with strong leadershipHigh visibility and direct partnership with finance leadershipBroad accounting exposure across a complex, multi-location businessOpportunity to influence processes and improve operationsCompetitive compensation and long-term career growthInterested?If you are an experienced accounting professional with an active CPA and are open to exploring a confidential opportunity, we welcome the opportunity to connect.Please apply directly or reach out for a confidential conversation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
