The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed healthcare organization in Manchester, TN seeking a detail-oriented and driven Staff Accountant to join their finance team.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries and maintain the General Ledger
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end close
  • Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reviews
  • Compile and analyze financial and statistical data
  • Support financial operations across clinics and home health entities
  • Partner with internal teams to support business and finance initiatives
  • Assist with audits, cost reports, and compliance processes
  • Work closely with leadership on special projects and financial analysis 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of:
    • General Ledger accounting
    • Financial reporting
    • Reconciliations and month-end processes
  • Healthcare or hospital accounting experience
  • Experience supporting multi-entity or multi-site operations 
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage confidential financial data with discretion
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
