Job Description Job Description Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, flexible, comfortable working in a casual, non-corporate environment, and very detail oriented.ResponsibilitiesVerify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivableMonthly journal entriesReconcile various cash and general ledger accountsProduce error-free accounting reports and present their resultsPrepare financial statements and produce budget according to scheduleAssist in internal and external auditsSupport month-end and year-end close processDevelop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsSkillsThorough knowledge of basic accounting proceduresFamiliarity with financial accounting statementsExperience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close processHands-on experience with QuickBooksAdvanced MS Excel skills including VLookups and pivot tablesAccuracy and attention to detailAptitude for numbers and quantitative skillsBS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant experienceCompany Description We are growing and with growth comes possibilities!
