What You’ll Do
As a Staff Accountant, you will support daily accounting operations and contribute to accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include:
- Applying generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to analyze financial information
- Processing and analyzing inventory
- Managing order processing
- Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Supporting route accounting activities
- Performing daily and monthly reconciliations
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies in a professional manner
- Assisting with month-end close, including reports, general ledger entries, and accruals
- Providing general administrative support (copying, filing, etc.)
- Completing other duties as assigned
This role is a great fit if you:

- Have a knowledge & familiarity of accounting principles
- Have 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, or similar accounting functions
- Are both detail-oriented and solution-focused
- Can manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines
- Hold (or are currently pursuing) an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Compensation
$20.78 – $23.98 per hour, depending on experience
