What You'd Do in This Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to be a part of our Finance team. In this role, you'll support month-end close, maintain accurate financial records through reconciliations and cost allocations, assist with compliance efforts and partner with business units to provide clear, reliable financial information.

You're Probably a Match If:

• You have 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment
• You have experience with account reconciliations and month-end close processes
• You're detail-oriented and take pride in producing accurate, reliable work
• You can communicate financial information clearly to non-financial partners
• You're organized, dependable and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What Winning Looks Like:

• Balance sheet accounts are accurate, well-supported and consistently ready for review
• Month-end close tasks are completed on time with minimal errors or rework
• Cost allocations are accurate and maintained with consistency
• Business units receive timely and clear responses to financial questions
• Compliance-related tasks are completed accurately and support timely filings
