Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred (Associate degree with relevant experience considered)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with ERP or accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred)
- Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting internal and external audits
- Knowledge of fixed asset, prepaid, and accrual accounting
- Familiarity with sales & use tax calculations and remittance
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
Other Requirements:
- Fully onsite in Conover, NC
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
