Staff Accountant Opportunity at Leading Manufacturing Firm – Grow Your Career in Conover, NC!

This fully onsite role offers the chance to make an immediate impact by maintaining accurate financial records, supporting critical month-end processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred (Associate degree with relevant experience considered)
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred)
  • Manufacturing accounting experience is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience supporting internal and external audits
  • Knowledge of fixed asset, prepaid, and accrual accounting
  • Familiarity with sales & use tax calculations and remittance

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing

Other Requirements:
  • Fully onsite in Conover, NC
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
