Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with audits and compliance reporting

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1–4 years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP
• Proficiency with Excel and accounting systems
