Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close activities
  • Assist with financial reporting, budgeting support, and variance analysis
  • Support audits, grants, and compliance documentation as needed
  • Process journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1–3 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to nonprofit or fund accounting
  • Comfortable working with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial data
