    Description

    Are you an accounting professional who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and making an impact? We're looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a growing international organization that delivers innovative solutions to customers around the world. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will contribute to the financial success of a dynamic business.What you'll doProcess and record cash receipts while reconciling general ledger transactions.Partner with customers to resolve invoicing issues and ensure timely payments.Prepare and distribute accounts receivable statements.Maintain accurate customer master data.Assist with accounts payable and payroll processing.Support sales tax filings and cash flow reporting.Assist in developing financial forecasts and budgets.Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations.Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis.Maintain strong internal controls and accounting best practices.Update internal control documentation and process narratives.Support annual financial audits by preparing requested documentation.Analyze financial data to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and recommend improvements.Perform additional accounting duties as needed.What we're looking forBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.3–5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing or international experience is a plus).Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and cost accounting.Experience with Microsoft Office; SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.Strong attention to detail and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Competitive salary with bonus opportunity.Flexible, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.Ongoing training and career development.Opportunity to grow with a respected global organization.BenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanLife & Disability InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramLegal, Auto, Home & Pet Insurance OptionsEmployee DiscountsFlexible Work EnvironmentProfessional Development & Career Growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
