Our client is a well-known and growing organization who is seeking a motivated accounting professional who wants to expand their responsibilities, gain exposure to month-end close and financial reporting, and work alongside an exceptional Controller who is committed to mentoring and developing talent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience who is ready to build the skills needed to transition into a future Senior Accountant role.

What You'll Do

• 
  
• Assist with the monthly close process, including account reconciliations and analytical review
• 
  
• Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules
• 
  
• Reconcile and monitor daily cash activity
• 
  
• Support cash flow analysis and reporting
• 
  
• Prepare operational and financial reports for management
• 
  
• Assist with fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
• 
  
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• 
  
• Help improve accounting processes and identify efficiencies
• 
  
• Work closely with operational teams to support business initiatives
• 
  
• Assist with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting projects as needed
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 
  
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close activities
• 
  
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions
• 
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• 
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• 
  
• NetSuite experience is strongly preferred
• 
  
• Desire to grow professionally and take on increasing responsibility
•
