Location: Orlando, FL (On-site with occasional plant visits)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory processes, including monthly and annual counts, plant visits, and reconciliation of raw and finished goods
• Manage job costing activities and support project‑based accounting and billing
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across multiple entities
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements across accounting workflows and reporting
• Review system data, exports, and integrations to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Provide oversight and support to clerical accounting functions (AP, AR, billing)
• Assist with audit preparation and ongoing financial reporting needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience (flexible for strong junior or more senior candidates)
• Inventory and/or job costing experience strongly preferred
• Background in construction, manufacturing, or project‑based environments is a plus
• Hands‑on mindset with willingness to work in plant and operational settings
• Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort navigating manual or evolving processes
• Adaptable, practical, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, less‑structured environment

Work Environment

• Primarily onsite, with occasional travel to plant locations (approximately monthly)
• Hands‑on, operational setting with exposure to plant and field activities
• Lean team structure with close collaboration across accounting and operations
