Job Title: Staff Accountant

Location: Painesville, Ohio

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities(Staff Accountant): Staff Accountant

Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries
Assist with inventory accounting, including reconciliations, analysis, and related reporting
Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and support internal and external financial reports
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting, and efficiencies

Qualifications(Staff Accountant): Staff Accountant

Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
