Staff Accountant - Palm Beach Gardens  - Onsite 2x per week 

A high-growth health company is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Finance team as the company continues to scale.

Reporting to the Controller, this role will support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, cash management, and cross-functional process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post GAAP-compliant journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Assist with forecasting, cash flow tracking, and working capital analysis
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor daily cash activity
• Partner with IT, Operations, Supply Chain, AP, and AR to improve financial processes and data integrity
• Support ERP/system integrations, process automation, and efficiency initiatives
• Assist with internal and external audits and special projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 3-5 years of accounting experience
• ERP experience required
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
