About the Role:
Freshmax Americas LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team in Pasadena, CA. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing transactions in a timely manner
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
• Assist with budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
