Job Description
Maintain current records of agency contracts and grants, prepare multi-faceted monthly and quarterly expenditure reports, annual budgets, and contract modifications as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Knowledge of MIP Accounting system and non-profit Accounting procedures and preparing Annex B’s.
- Maintain current records of agency contracts and grants, prepare multi-faceted monthly and quarterly expenditure reports, annual budgets, and contract modifications as needed.
- Reconciliation and analysis of expenses accounts.
- Prepare and maintains accounts receivables and revenue accounts.
- Process cash receipts, journal entries, and aging reports for the contracts.
- Analysis of expenditures including checking flexible limits as they pertain to the contract.

Qualifications
- BS degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High degree of organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.
