Staff Accountant

Position: Staff Accountant

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to provide accounting services and financial reporting for high-net-worth individuals and related entities. This role is responsible for financial reporting, tax calculations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Bill.com.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain general ledger accounting and perform account reconciliations.
• Calculate estimated taxes and prepare tax-related schedules and workpapers.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor payments through Bill.com.
• Oversee accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements.
• Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
• Support high-net-worth clients with multi-entity accounting and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably supporting high-net-worth clients or multiple entities.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Bill.com.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax calculations, AP, AR, and payroll processing.
