Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Enters invoices into ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
Schedules, Processes, and records payments to suppliers.
Works closely with internal staff to resolve issues while observing confidentiality.
Responsible for weekly management & reconciliation of company credit cards.
Processes customer invoices & cash receipts.
Performs weekly inventory reconciliations & assists with year-end physical counts.
Assists with month-end closings & account reconciliations.
Assists with bank reconciliations.
Assists with external audit requests.

Qualifications:
Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Experience in a manufacturing or job-costing environment strongly preferred
Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, & financial reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
Microsoft Office software and Windows operating system
Detail oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:

Long periods of sitting
Potentially long hours
