Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Staff Accountant position will be AP & AR focused
• 
  
• Staff Accountant will prepare and issue invoices through QuickBooks Online
• 
  
• Staff Accountant will process daily check runs and payment orders
• 
  
• Staff Accountant will apply incoming payments and manage client escrow balances
• 
  
• Staff Accountant will coordinate payments to media vendors across multiple channels
• 
  
• Staff Accountant will assist with bank reconciliations as needed
• 
  
• Staff Accountant will assist with ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
• 
  

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Prior Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience
• 
  
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems
• 
  
• Basic Excel skills (summations, columns)
• 
  
• Ability to manage a high‑volume workload with daily deadlines
