Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is looking to gain hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding and approvalsPrepare and process payments to vendorsMaintain vendor records and resolve discrepanciesCommunicate with vendors regarding payment status and issuesAccounts Receivable (AR) Generate and issue invoices to customersTrack incoming payments and apply cash receiptsFollow up on outstanding balances and support collectionsMaintain accurate customer account recordsGeneral Accounting Support Assist with journal entries and basic account reconciliationsSupport month‑end close processesMaintain organized financial records and documentationProcess & Coordination Work with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and paymentsAssist in improving AP/AR workflows and processesSupport audit preparation when neededQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or graduating soon)0–2 years of accounting or AP/AR experience preferredBasic understanding of accounting principlesFluency in Mandarin Chinese is preferredExperience with AP/AR processes or accounting systemsInternship experience in accounting or finance is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic Excel skillsAbility to follow processes and meet deadlinesAbout AstraNova Solar AstraNova Solar is a fast‑growing company in the renewable energy industry, focused on delivering efficient solar solutions and scaling our operations.
