If you're energized by digging into the details, solving problems, and improving processes and you thrive in environments where things move fast – you'll fit right in.What You'll Do:Complete accurate and timely GL account reconciliationsPrepare journal entries and support all components of the month‑end closeApply GAAP principles across reconciliations, journal entries, project accounting, and reportingSupport project‑based accounting activities by assisting with job cost reviews, basic WIP tracking, and project‑related variance analysisProduce ad hoc financial reporting – customer profitability, cash flow, spend trends, project performance insights, and other data‑driven analyticsWork within ERP systems and financial platforms in addition to Excel to support project financials and overall reportingIdentify and resolve accounting and reporting variances, including project‑level discrepanciesCollaborate with the team to identify efficiency opportunities, including the use of AI and modern analytics toolsAssist with audit support and documentationWhat You Bring:2–3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is required; experience in a project‑based manufacturing environment is a plus but not requiredBachelor's degree preferred (Accounting or related field)Experience supporting month‑end closeStrong understanding of US GAAPExperience producing ad hoc financial reporting and variance analysis is requiredExperience working with and reporting out of ERP and other financial reporting systems is requiredStrong Excel skills are requiredComfortable working in project‑based or manufacturing environments (job costing, WIP, project billing, or similar exposure is a plus)Must be comfortable using MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and PowerPointHigh attention to detail and accuracy is requiredStrong analytical mindset; able to troubleshoot complex financial variancesAbility to pivot and thrive in an environment where things shift quicklyIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the wage range for this role is $55,000 – $75,000/yr.
