STAFF ACCOUNTANT
Position Summary
The Staff Accountant provides essential accounting support by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data, supporting acquisitions and audits, and assisting with lender reporting. Key responsibilities include journal entry preparation, balance sheet and P&L reconciliation, and the review of financial statements. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies are critical for success in this role. The Staff Accountant plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy and supporting the company's reporting and compliance efforts.

Salary range: $63,000-$67,000
If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
