These values guide every decision, every partnership and every experience — fueling a team that is passionate about creating places and moments that leave a lasting impression on guests, members, clients and communities alike.About the RoleWe're seeking a detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of a growing portfolio of properties. In this role, you'll manage full‑cycle accounting responsibilities, partner closely with property leadership, and contribute to accurate, timely financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for an early‑career accountant looking to build strong technical skills while gaining exposure to multi‑entity operations and senior finance leadership.Duties/ResponsibilitiesManage day‑to‑day accounting activities, including accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and cash managementPrepare and post journal entries, including daily revenue and month‑end close entriesMonitor and forecast cash flow; prepare funding requests as neededProduce and distribute weekly and monthly financial and operational reportsPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements, identifying variances and trendsPerform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesPrepare and file state and local sales tax returnsSupport annual audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiriesPartner with General Managers and Regional Controllers to address financial questions and improve processesRequired Qualifications1–2 years of accounting experience (general ledger and/or accounts payable)Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordSolid analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar accounting systemsExperience in hospitality, retail, F&B, or multi‑entity accounting environmentsRequired Skills/AbilitiesHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to handle confidential financial information with discretionA collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and growClassificationFull-Time, Year-round, ExemptSalary Range$60,000 to $75,000 annuallyEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
