This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting experience, excellent Excel skills, and a desire to grow their career in a collaborative and client-focused environment. We are committed to training and developing our team members for long-term success.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions for multiple clientsManage month-end close processes , including journal entries and reconciliationsConduct balance sheet account reconciliations and variance analysisSupport outsourced CFO-level services , assisting with financial insights and reportingCommunicate directly with clients to:Request and track necessary financial informationAnswer accounting-related questionsResearch and resolve inquiriesTroubleshoot issues within accounting systems and recommend improvementsAssist with accounting software implementations (a plus)Process payroll (preferred, not required)Contribute to meeting deadlines across multiple client deliverablesQualificationsExperience:3+ years of accounting experience preferredExperience across multiple industries is a plusEducation:Degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but not requiredTechnical Skills:Strong Excel skills requiredExperience with QuickBooks Online required/preferredExposure to accounting tech, automation, or AI tools/agents is a plusOther Requirements:Stable work history (no frequent job changes)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWhat We're Looking ForPositive attitude and strong work ethicProfessional, personable, and client-focused mindsetSomeone eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively#J-18808-Ljbffr
